    Understanding Public and Money

Think of 'Public' as the percentage of people betting on each side and 'Money' as how much money is being bet. When there's a big difference between the 'Public' and 'Money' data, it usually means that the more serious bettors (referred to as 'Sharp Money') are favoring a particular side.

    Adam's Analysis:

The Packers were able to take advantage of porous Colts run defense last week in a grind-it-out victory, but against the Titans, they will be forced to pass. With Jordan Love still inactive and Malik Willis behind center, that is going to be problematic. Will Levis has been on the struggle bus for the Titans, but they have their backs against the wall at 0-2, and there should be a concerted effort by him to cut down the turnovers. Tennessee’s defense should be the best unit in the game, and the team is due for a positive progression by sticking to the ground game. This has hit -2.5 (-120 and better) in numerous spots, and that's even more worth a play.

    Erik's Analysis:

The Cleveland offensive line coach is now in Tennessee and he’s doing a fine job. Pollard is projected to have 15 carries today and I think he will average more than 4 yards of Kari against the Green Bay defense that has been cashed at times against the run.

    Erik's Analysis:

Given the fact that Green Bay plays slow and runs the ball with Aaron Jones, I project a slightly lower than average number of plays. Tony Pollard Squirrley in the mix I think Liz is more likely to have 25 or 26 attempts.

    Mike's Analysis:

The Titans' points-per-game allowance is misleading. They have yielded an average of 24, but they boast the league's stingiest defense for yards yielded by a hefty margin. They should keep the Jordan Love-less Packers off the board. Malik Willis threw only 14 times in reserve last week as the Packers took advantage of a poor rush defense. Shouldn't happen here. Tennessee is 0-2, with one loss a fluke, partly because of a bonehead play by Will Levis in each game. Ideally, he's learned a lesson.

    Larry's Analysis:

DeAndre Hopkins is going to get more snaps and targets in Week 3 as he gets closer to 100 percent following his knee injury, but I still like Calvin Ridley to go Over this number for the third straight week. He leads all NFL wideouts with a 60.2 percent air yard share and paces Tennessee with a 24 percent target share. It's a plus-matchup against Green Bay, too.

    Daniel's Analysis:

It is a bit awkward to see the 0-2 Titans favored against this Packers team that was able to win without starting QB Jordan Love. It looks as if backup Malik Willis is going to start again, and I feel he is much more likely to struggle on the road against a solid Tennessee defense. Although Titans QB Will Levis has been on the lowlights in back-to-back weeks for his questionable decisions, he did perform decently against the elite secondary of the New York Jets. The Packers will also be missing starting OT Jordan Morgan, and starting CB Carrington Valentine. This game should come down to who can make less mistakes, and ironically enough... I think that will be the Titans.

    Dave's Analysis:

Levis went under this last week by a hair against the Jets. I'd say the Packers qualify as a tough themselves against the pass, but not the run. Maybe the Titans notice that and try to win with the ground game. They almost certainly had to notice the Packers' three interceptions of Anthony Richardson last week and two of Jalen Hurts in Week 1 -- not great if you've thrown three interceptions already this season like Levis has. I imagine the Titans will scheme their offense for Levis to take care of the ball, not throw it all over the place. There's also potential of Levis getting benched if he makes another bonehead play like he has in his first two games this year.

    Larry's Analysis:

Linebacker Ernest Jones played 100 percent of the snaps in Week 2 and graded out as the Titans' best defender. He had a 15.8 percent tackle rate. It's no surprise, since Jones was the Rams' defensive captain until being traded right before the season. Now he gets a matchup with the run-heavy Packers. I don't expect Jordan Love to play, but even if he does we can expect a heavy dose of Josh Jacobs.

    Alex's Analysis:

Malik Willis had never thrown for over 100 passing yards in a game prior to Week 2's victory over the Colts. Willis was efficient but only attempted 14 passes and completed 12. This is a much tougher matchup against a Titans defense that has played well despite the team being 0-2. Tennessee prioritized upgrading their secondary in the offseason adding three new starters including L'Jarius Sneed, Quandre Diggs, and Chidobe Awuzie. So far so good and the Titans rank 9th in EPA allowed per dropback and 6th in dropback success rate.

    Eric's Analysis:

I promise that if this doesn't hit, I won't play this same angle for at least a few weeks. Tennessee has given up multiple field goals in 19 of their last 22 games, but not last week to Greg Zuerlein (who I'm 0-2 betting on this year). The trend resumes with the rookie Narveson, who was in Tennessee's training camp this summer. He has gotten eight field goal attempts thus far, four in each game, making six total. I think he can make two of them this week to get us back on the winning track with field goal props.

    Jason's Analysis:

We get one of the best coaches in the NFL vs a rookie whose team and QB seem deadset on losing games. Will Levis cant help his brainfarts and Titans special teams give me pause. Packers can stick with run and keep game close vs a tough D. LaFleur is 23-11 ATS as a dog and great early in season. I don't expect Jordan Love to play but if he does, great. Malik Willis can run for big plays and confident after win last week.

    Emory's Analysis:

Malik Willis wasn't done any favors in Tennessee and it's funny how things tend to work out. Look for his legs and the growth he showed in the preseason to carry over once again in this matchup vs his former team. We've seen Willis do a great job of protecting the football, which is what we can't say about Will Levis so far in his 2nd season as the starter.
