Know very little about Orioles rookie Chayce McDermott in his MLB debut other than he's ranked as the team's top pitching prospect and No. 7 overall in the organization. I do know the Marlins have never seen him and that Baltimore's bullpen is very well-rested behind him. So I doubt he's out there too long unless dominating. Miami's Edward Cabrera makes Ricky "Wild Thing" Vaughn look like Greg Maddux at times. Marlins top setup man AJ Puk almost surely is not available and All-Star closer Tanner Scott might not be. These lineups are not close so I think this is a good 20 cents light.

I barely know who the 29-year-old Chuckie Robinson is -- and clearly our system doesn't with no headshot available (mug in newspaper terms). In his lone start this year, he went 1-for-3, but in his only other big-league season in 2022, he batted .156 in 59 at-bats for the Reds. And it's not like Chuck put up Crash Davis numbers, either, in his long minor-league career. ("The rose goes in the front, big guy.")
