This is the line that confuses me most Sunday, which means perhaps I’m missing something. In lieu of that, I’m surprised there is not more momentum on the Jets in this spot given their stellar defense will be battling a hobbled Giants team with Tyrod Taylor in at quarterback. Andrew Thomas and Evan Neal are both out for the G-Men, and while I like Taylor, I’m not sure how the line is going to hold up against the Jets’ pass rush. Plus, Zach Wilson has done well enough. Breece Hall should be able to get whatever he wants Sunday.
Jalin Hyatt seems to have a bit more chemistry with Tyrod Taylor than Daniel Jones. He has hit this number in both games in which Tyrod has started for the New York Giants, including 75yds last week against Washington. I expected him to easily cover this number against the Jets.
The Giants have been crushed by opposing rushers with Week 7 being the first time all season that one didn't cross 70 yards on the ground. They give up the explosive runs at the fifth highest rate, which is a good thing for the Jets' top rusher who has no restrictions on his playing time any longer. Expect a big day from Hall and 100+ yards on the ground for the third time all season would be no surprise.
Jets -3 This line should climb during the week. I’ll grab it now before it crosses the 3 threshold
