DraftKings. Rudy Gobert will be needed on the court tonight against the Denver Nuggets, as he’ll be matched with Nikola Jokic. Gobert comes into this game having surpassed this line in four consecutive games, and playing at least 35 minutes in each of the last three. In a game with massive playoff implications (especially for the Timberwolves, who currently are slotted for the seventh seed), I’m counting on Gobert to stay on the floor tonight. Gobert has cleared this line in nine of the last ten games he’s played at least 32 minutes. I’d bet this line up to over 24.5.

Anthony Edwards has had plenty of success against the Nuggets, who have played at the sixth-fastest pace in the league. He has scored 29, 34 and 29 points against them in three previous meetings. With Naz Reid and Donte DiVincenzo both suspended for this matchup, Anthony should see an abundance of shot attempts. It wouldn’t be a surprise if he surpasses 30 points.
I won't like this if both Jamal Murray and Aaron Gordon sit, and they are questionable, but I tend to think they play (and sit tomorrow vs. San Antonio) as the Nuggets are a prideful bunch trying to avoid a four-game season sweep against a Wolves team that also eliminated Denver in last season's West semifinals thanks a 20-point comeback in Game 7. The Wolves are thinned out with Naz Reid and Donte DiVincenzo out due to one-game suspension. If Gordon and Murray do play, then I quite like this and it surely goes up a fair amount so why grabbing it now and not waiting.
Advantage Minnesota in recent matchups, winning the first two this season. Remember, this was the playoff matchup last spring that ended Denver's reign as NBA champ, as the Nuggets were a step slow across the floor to deal with the Minnesota athleticism. We saw this again a few weeks ago at Ball Arena, when the visiting T-Wolves romped to an easy 115-95 win over a mostly full-strength Nuggets, with Nikola Jokic and Jamal Murray available. Again, Denver had no answer for Ant Edwards, who scored 29. Recent wins over the Suns and Pistons showcased Minnesota at its best, and we see nothing different in the fundamentals from the last meeting...or the meeting before. Play T-wolves
