Late add here on a game that starts shortly between the Suns and Lakers. The LA Lakers may have the overall better record then Phoenix, but they have lost four straight games. Even returning home I expect their struggles to continue against a Suns team in desperation mode here on out. Grab the points with Phoenix.

Bradley Beal’s role with the Phoenix Suns continues to fluctuate. There was a stint of him coming off the bench, and although he is back as starter he is averaging just 30 minutes in the month of March. Throughout the ordeal he is shooting 53 percent through six games in March. Expect the sharp shooter to get his today, as he did in the last matchup against the Lakers where he put in 23 points. Take Beals over.
The road trip from hell just completed for the Lakers, who lost all four games, LeBron James and Luka Doncic (missed Friday). Luka is expected back on Sunday but LeBron is still a ways from making a return, and the Lakers have not been able to control pace or slow opponents sans LeBron. Here is where no Anthony Davis will hurt LA, because even without LeBron, the Lakers had some real defense when AD was on the floor. Now it's small-ball with defensive liabilities galore. The Suns might be starting a playoff push in a decent week that included Friday's 122-106 romp past the Kings when hitting 56% from deep, with backup G Tyus Jones converting all six of his triples! Play Suns

FanDuel. Austin Reaves has now cleared this line in all six games he’s played without LeBron James this season (with at least six boards in each). Even with Luka Doncic and Jaxson Hayes expected back in the lineup today, Reaves is coming off three consecutive games with eight rebounds. Even in a tougher spot on paper against the Suns, Reaves is averaging 6.3 rebounds per 36 minutes without both LeBron and Anthony Davis on the court this season (326 minute sample).
Sure there are questions about the Lakers injury report - but this team gets up for it when their best players are out, like hanging 126 at Denver in defeat Friday. The Suns are horrific on defense and the Lakers can clamp down on them. LAL is 12-2 ATS in the division and I suspect Luka is back for this and at least one of their bigs. Suns last 15 games they are 30th in opposing EFG% and TS% and are 15-25-1 ATS with on day rest. Suns also 7-22-1 ATS after a win. Lakers back from tough a road trip and covered 10 of last 12 at home. They're won 6 straight at home and the Suns D is even worse on the road.
