Giannis Antetokounmpo will have a strong all-around game as the Bucks likely bounce back from losing to the Pacers on Wednesday. But this point total is a bit steep. It's a number Antetokounmpo has stayed Under in six straight games, and it should be a tough number to clear with Victor Wembanyama defending the paint. We also have a potential scenario in which the Bucks get up big and rest Antetokounmpo late in the game.
Mostly a speculative play as I'm hoping/expecting the Bucks to rest some guys in the second of a back-to-back. I can almost guarantee you at least Khris Middleton sits, but I'm obviously hoping Giannis might as well. If no one sits? Not impossible the Spurs cover but no I probably wouldn't play this.
If you've been following my NBA picks this season, this prop has is far and away my favorite, especially at plus money. Victor Wembanyama is a unicorn who possesses an 8 foot wingspan coupled with elite timing and instincts. It would not surprise me if he averages 5 blocks and 2 steals per game as early as his sophomore campaign. We're getting a glimpse of his other worldly potential this season. Wemby can pile up 4 steals or blocks alone in a single half. This is an automatic play for me at plus money but the Bucks play up tempo which leads to additional possessions and we're in for a treat any time Wemby takes the court.
