Reports are that CeeDee Lamb will join Amari Cooper on the sideline for Dallas so I expect this total to drop at least a point soon. Not sure how much success Dak Prescott will have passing without those two, and the Vegas offense has been lousy for three games.
Both teams got handed bad losses last weekend. However, with a new game brings new optimism. We know the Cowboys' offense is much better than what we saw Sunday against Kansas City, even without Amari Cooper. We also know Las Vegas' defense isn't the best at minimizing big plays. Look for the Dallas offense to get back on the right track at home.
The Raiders gave up 32 points one week after the Chiefs rang up 41, but those games actually weren't as similar as they may appear. Last week, the Raiders were down just 16-13 before the Bengals scored with just over five minutes left, and then Cincy proceeded to tack on 10 quick points on short fields to make the final score even less reflective of how the game went. The Cowboys offense has struggled in two of its last three games, while the Raiders offense hasn't played well since the Week 8 bye. I expect Dallas to focus on running the ball with the receiving corps banged up, and if the Raiders offense isn't putting pressure on Dallas, this game is going to come Under.
