Jokic scored 40 against the Blazers on Monday night, and without DeAndre Ayton in the middle, the three-time MVP could replicate that performance on Wednesday. My lone concern here is that Denver may be up big in the fourth quarter and could opt to rest Jokic. Nonetheless, I feel good about Jokic scoring 30+ here.
The Nuggets beat the Blazers 146-117 on Monday, and will be even more short-handed on Wednesday with DeAndre Ayton sidelined. The Nuggets' core group is battling some injuries as well, but with this being their final game before the All-Star break I'd expect most (if not all) of their questionable players (Murray, Gordon, Porter) to play. The Nuggets also have the best player in the NBA (Nikola Jokic) playing at an extremely high level right now. Denver should cruise to victory and cover on Wednesday night.

Scoot Henderson and DeAndre Ayton are out, while Jerami Grant, Robert Williams and Kris Murray are questionable. Deni Avdija is healthy and played 34 minutes in this exact matchup two days ago, racking up eight assists and six rebounds. And that performance came with Henderson and Ayton starting alongside Avdija. The Blazers will need Avdija to be a force on the boards and as a playmaker to have any shot in this game.
