It was just one game and it was against the lowly Wiz but Amen was answering prayers on the boards with Houston without its starting center last time out. I still think Jabari Smith will benefit from Sengun's absence too. His minutes starting to tick back up and I think the rookie could play 30+ mins tonight. Comes into this game with a ton of confidence off an 11-20 performance. Wouldn't be shocked with 10+ against the Cavs.
This looks like a great spot for Donovan Mitchell who has been in and out of Cleveland's lineup the last few weeks but is off the injury report and should be all systems go. He will face a Houston team that started the season by playing slow, however they've been much faster recently and I consider this a plus matchup. We're getting a steep discount as Mitchell 27.7 PPG on the season. The Cavs are still without both Max Strus and Evan Mobley who account for a combined 27.8 PPG and 22 FGA's. Look for Mitchell to play a full compliment of minutes and get up plenty of shots as the Cavs try to get healthy for a deep playoff run.
