I’ve been telling everyone the Magic are a playoff team. The Mavericks haven’t beat anyone good. Lay the points.

This is the second game of a back-to-back set for the Mavericks. Luka Doncic (quadriceps) and Kyrie Irving (foot) are both listed as questionable. Since the Mavericks are off to an excellent 5-1 start, they may ease off their two veterans a bit and give them the night off. Normally I’d take the Magic to cover the spread in this situation, but them not having Markelle Fultz (knee) and Wendell Carter Jr. (finger) is also noteworthy. Therefore, I’ll pay the juice and just take them to win.

This just swung quite a bit because Luka Doncic and Kyrie Irving are now both questionable in the second of a back-to-back. I'm not really sure what the Mavs would have to do to satisfy the league that both guys can sit but it's not a national TV game or anything so I know the bar is lower so to speak. Guess we'll do only a half unit on the chance they both play.
