Domantas Sabonis has cleared this number once this series, but with De'Aaron Fox's injury, Sabonis should pick up more of the scoring load. Sabonis shot 16 free throws in the first two home games, only two in the games at Golden State. Look for him to be aggressive from the outset Wednesday.
Keegan Murray had an impressive performance in game four scoring 24 points while connecting on 5/7 shots from behind the arc. Prior to this outburst, Murray had made one three pointer through games 1-3 while shooting just 12% from deep. He was only logging 18 minutes per game, compared to 30 the mins he averaged during the regular season. Murray has struggled with consistency throughout his rookie season and while I am high on his long term outlook, his game four performance feels much more like an outlier, rather than him transforming into a reliable playoff contributor. Hitting three 3 pointers is a tall order, especially for a streaky rookie who isn't even guaranteed 20+ mins.
Our SportslineAI has Andrew Wiggins projected for 21 points. In the four games since returning he has had 17, 22, 20, 18. The 17 was in 28 minutes while the 3 other games he played over 34 minutes in each. The Sacramento Kings will do everything they can to not lose at the hands of Steph Curry. It is a good opportunity for Wiggins to step up. Hear the additional breakdown on Early Edge in 5 at 4pm ET.
For sake of clarity, I'm reposting this at +1.5. I happened to be doing homework on this game and there was no update on De'Aaron Fox with the 4:30 ET NBA injury report. I personally thought there was a good chance Fox would play through his injury and now it appears he officially will try so this has dropped two more points from when I originally posted. While I was able to snag +3.5 at Caesars, I understand that by coincidence of the posting time and the delay in between that many of you weren't able to get that number so here we are at 1.5. Do I like this nearly as much as 3.5? Obviously not because at 3.5 we still win ATS in a buzzer-beating loss for Sacramento. But the Warriors have had their road issues.
