Understanding Public and Money
Expert Picks
UAB just lost 71-20 to the Green Waves at home. Army is 5-0 SU and ATS, and while the public is all over them, the Blazers are allowing 254 yards per game on the ground. UAB has a -27.5 point differential on the season and allowing averaging 19 points per game on the road. This is a big number, but the Blazers should struggle stopping this Army offensive attack.
Not long ago, it would be an upset if Army scored 27.5 points (get my drift). Think at least a TD too high, although that Trent Dilfer thing isn't working out great for UAB. I guess if the school was set on hiring a bad former QB from a Super Bowl-winning team that Jeff Hostetler, Brad Johnson and Nick Foles were busy, and Willie "Steamin" Beamen's salary demands were too high. Actually, if I recall Beamen's Miami Sharks lost the Super Bowl. Dunno, wasn't that memorable of a movie. Before 2016, I used to rewatch Back to the Future II simply to enjoy what the Cubs winning a World Series felt like. Of course, the Cubs and Miami can't play in the WS but whatever.
I got this earlier in the week at 23.5, but honestly, I'm good with this under 28. UAB doesn't look like a team interested in playing football, and they were absolutely helpless against Navy a few weeks ago.
