The Buckeyes' have undergone moderate scoring, but that could change here. DBs Lathan Ransom and Denzel Burke are off mending injuries, while WR Emeka Egbuka returns after an ankle ailment has cleared up. As the No. 2 receiver, he will take some attention away from the peerless Marvin Harrison Jr.

The under has been an ATM in Ohio State games all season, and I see plenty of value remaining on this line. The Buckeyes are coming off two tough games, and have been banged up. Plus, Ryan Day and Greg Schiano are friends. I don't expect Ohio State looks to run it up if it gets the chance, nor do I believe Rutgers will crack double-digits.
