We don't have tanking in college football, but the sense I get from South Florida so far this season is that Jeff Scott is "redshirting" his first season in Tampa. We've seen him try a number of combinations at different positions, including QB, trying to find out what he has. I don't know how that approach will work in the long run, nor do I care.
