While the user experience is good, I do not find it to be as smooth as DraftKings, FanDuel, or Fanatics. As someone who likes to use a computer more often than not to make bets while not on the road, the lack of a scroll bar on Caesars' betting site is something that I find nagging.

Caesars does offer a search bar for sports, but it is somewhat slow and generally doesn't add a ton of value considering sports menus are available on the left side of the page.

Using the app hasn't been a problem and depositing money is usually efficient, though the menu items for specific bet types (notably props) could be more intuitive and I'd prefer more options.

• Add a scroll bar on the desktop sportsbook. Caesars' help pages come with the scroll bar but mysteriously it's missing from the sportsbook itself.
