Everything stacks up in Edmonton's favor here. The Oilers are hot, and riding a four-game winning streak; they have been off since last Thursday; and the have the best player on the planet in Connor McDavid. I like the Oilers to win their fifth straight in this one.

After playing a 6-3 game in Raleigh a couple of weeks ago, these sides are certainly capable of clearing 6.5 tonight at Rogers Place. The Oilers have picked up the pace since the coaching switch from Jay Woodcroft to Kris Knoblauch and enter tonight on a 4-game win streak, scoring 21 goals in the process. Meanwhile, the Canes rate as one of the highest scoring teams in the league and have trended "over" for most of the season, and chased Stuart Skinner in the last meeting on Nov. 22, scoring four times off of him in the first period.
