This is the second game of a back-to-back set for the Grizzlies. It might be faster to list who will be available for them, rather than name everyone who has been ruled out or is listed as doubtful. In terms of the biggest names, Jaren Jackson Jr. is unlikely to play. By my count, they could only have nine total players available. That includes limited scorers like Lamar Stevens, Trey Jemison and Jacob Gilyard. The last time Vince Williams Jr. played without Jackson, he scored 19 points against the Knicks. With plenty of shot attempts likely coming his way, I’ll take this over.
The Grizzlies might be punting tonight in the second of a B2B with a lot of guys in question led by their best "healthy" (as in not out long term) player in Jaren Jackson Jr. -- he is officially doubtful. So let's grab this prop now (is active at DraftKings) because Aldama's minutes should jump if that's the case. He's about the only big the Grizz have left.
Even as the Grizzlies might be without Jaren Jackson tonight, adding to their already-considerable injury list, Memphis has been generally competitive, more so when plays at FedEx Forum, where they just disposed of the Rockets in their last outing. The Griz does catch a Bucks side that might be a bit stung by another poor effort (this time vs. the Heat) two nights ago, but Milwaukee has been very poor value on the road and is only 1-4 SU and vs. the line as a visitor since Doc Rivers took charge. Though Giannis and Dame are likely to play, both are also nursing nagging hurts, and wondering about their contributions in front of their All-Star game appearances on Sunday. Play Grizzlies
