I understand why this number is more than 3 points higher than Thompson's season average because the Dubs are without Steph Curry and most likely Andrew Wiggins on Thursday, but Thompson on the road this season is averaging 18.8 ppg. Also consider GS plays again Friday, so Steve Kerr likely will limit Thompson's minutes quite a bit if this game is remotely out of hand in either direction. I think resting Thompson in one end of a B2B is over now with the Warriors badly needing every win for their playoff hopes. The SL Model has Thompson finishing with 22.7 points. Bueno.

Now it's go time for the Lakers as they chase a play-in tournament spot. Golden State remains without the injured Steph Curry and probably will be without Andrew Wiggins as well. The former No. 1 overall pick missed the last game pre-break for personal reasons and apparently still is dealing with whatever that is and unlikely for Thursday. LeBron James suffered a contusion on his hand in the All-Star Game, but I can't imagine it keeps him out here. LA can't afford to give away any game at this point.
