Like Heat-Sixers, I don't see a huge reason to pick the road team here. Since getting Luka Doncic back from injury, the Mavs have had three pretty easy home wins in these playoffs (two in this series). Something is amiss with Chris Paul as well. He has totaled 24 points, 13 turnovers and 12 fouls in the past three games. The SportsLine Projection Model has Phoenix winning by a point. The home team is holding serve and has covered all five games. The road team has looked like a shadow of its self and has also been hampered by officials feeling the emotions of the home crowd. Chris Paul has been M.I.A. the last three games, and Luka Doncic has turned into a chucker as if he's trying to win a scoring title at the end of the regular season. But the rest of the Mavericks will show up tonight and play well regardless of what Doncic does. The Suns had the best road record in the regular season but are 2-3 on the road in the playoffs.
