The Bulls resumed their schedule Sunday when they defeated the Lakers by five points at home. Both teams were shorthanded, but DeMar DeRozan was able to carry them to the victory by scoring 38 points. The Bulls are still missing Zach LaVine, Ayo Dosunmu, Troy Brown Jr. and Alize Johnson, and could be without Derrick Jones Jr., who suffered a hamstring injury Sunday. Playing the second night of a back-to-back set might leave some of the few healthy players that they have left running on fumes, especially since a few of them just returned from their own bouts with COVID-19. Look for the Rockets to keep this game close.

Houston is clicking offensively and visits a short-handed Bulls team that gutted out a five-point win over the Lakers on Sunday. DeMar DeRozan could certainly go off for 38 like he did Sunday but Chicago is struggling defensively, which should keep this competitive.
