Understanding Public and Money

Sure feels like fortune is smiling upon the Mets, but I do think they are due one kinda blowout game after the past crazy week. Philly's Zack Wheeler is about as money as they come in the playoffs.
Zack Wheeler is gonna deal here against a Mets' lineup running mostly on fumes (also vibes, but that only goes so far against this rested pitching staff). It's also hard to trust Kodai Senga or the Mets' bullpen. As I love to say, the most likely scenario is a comfortable Phillies win.
Some Mets magic in Milwaukee this week, and with the hot hand, Carlos Mendoza rolls the dice again in Game 1 by sending out Kodai Senga, who hasn't pitched since July 26 due to triceps issues. The Phils, however, have excelled in this round (vs. the Braves) the past two seasons. Zack Wheeler continued his torrid pace thru September, when he posted a 2.23 ERA in five starts. At CBP this season, Wheeler spun a 2.31 ERA and posted a 10-3 record. It's also been a grueling week for the Mets, who had to fly away from Milwaukee on Sunday, then back again the next night after a Monday doubleheader in Atlanta. Does it catch up with them tonight?
