This was 9.5 at a book or two when it was thought Kyle Harrison would start for the Giants. Instead, it's Blake Snell. This might get delayed or something by rain, but the reigning NL Cy Young winner has been spectacular in his past four starts with a 0.75 ERA. Reds counterpart Andrew Abbott has a 3.38 ERA overall. Winds are blowing out only slightly. I'll likely spend the extra 20 cents or so to get 9.5 back now. I'm not gonna say I like a lot tonight because that never seems to work out on a heavy picks day ... thus I "liver and onions" (gag) curse all plays today. Come on Jobu!
The Giants got hot at home - where they do their best work - against the Rockies and A's. Don't get carried away. And they still struggled to score runs against those bad staffs. They have a pitching crunch, they have lost 7 of last 9 on road and are 21-33 on the season and are just 13-21 vs lefties. Andrew Abbott has been super steady, with a 3.38 ERA. Reds have been on the road a ton but have won 7 of 10 at home.
