Kansa City's Maikel Garcia was 0-for-4 vs. Cleveland on Saturday to drop his season average to .232 and June average to .147. So this is an awfully cheap number even if Garcia is 3-for-8 career off Cleveland's Logan Allen.

This is a big number in what is certainly a tough matchup for Seth Lugo who has failed to eclipse 18.5 outs in 8/17 starts this season. While Lugo is undoubtedly having a terrific and career best season, he screams regression candidate to me. Lugo also possesses a higher ERA at Kaufman stadium which makes sense considering it is one of the league's premiere hitting environments.
