I just can't turn this RL price down on the Rangers at home. Understand those who would play Rays ML about the same price behind Shane McClanahan because we don't often get this cheap price with him on the mound. No one knows how healthy the Cy Young contender is, though. He has been pulled from B2B starts with back issues and spent some time on the IL. McClanahan might not have 70 pitches in that arm/back with all the intermittent starts and stops of late. Dane Dunning is 5-0 with a 2.89 ERA at home for Texas.

The Rangers' Dane Dunning is 8-2 with a 2.84 ERA but his expected ERA is 4.73 and his strikeout rate is in the bottom nine percent of MLB. He'll face a Rays lineup that ranks third in OPS versus right-handed pitching and gets Yandy Diaz (.923 OPS) back from the paternity list. While the Rangers' offense is just as lethal, Texas has to deal with a refreshed Shane McClanahan, a true ace who's fourth on the Cy Young odds board. It's rare to get McClanahan at a price like this.
