The Cardinals have left sluggers Nolan Arenado, Paul Goldschmidt and Willson Contreras out of the lineup. Sure, there's still Nolan Gorman to lead the charge, but it's a much weaker lineup. Also, starter Miles Mikolas has awful history in Great American Ball Park (6.82 ERA in six starts, including 9.64 in two starts last year). I was going to stay away on this one when I thought both teams were at full strength, but in light of the Cardinals' lineup, I'll play the home underdog.

I wasn't planning to play this today but will now that Paul Goldschmidt, Nolan Arenado and Willson Contreras are out of the Cardinals lineup. That's an unusual strategy by manager Oliver Marmol to rest all his key guys at once instead of spread out over three days.
