The Dodgers have the starting pitching edge in Julio Urias (although historically Urias has been worse in day games) over Drew Smyly, but I don't like that LA lineup much after the top four. Smyly actually has been pretty good the past two times out, including last week at Dodger Stadium. Simply a good price on the Cubs getting +1.5 at home. LA hasn't won back-to-back games in a few weeks. The Cubs' .312 season average with RISP leads the National League. No offense to Eric Hosmer, who is sitting, but Chicago might have its best possible lineup on the field today (just one lefty against the southpaw Urias).

Friday game. LHP Drew Smyly and the Cubs defeated LHP Julio Urias and the Dodgers on Sunday at Dodger Stadium. I will gladly play Los Angeles in this rematch. It's very difficult for a pitcher to defeat the same team twice in less than a week. Take the Dodgers.
