There are only a handful of English Premier League matches and France's Ligue 1 is on winter break, but soccer bettors still have plenty of matches they can cash in on this weekend. There are only five games in the Premier League, with first-place Liverpool and fourth-place Arsenal the only top-five teams in action. The Gunners are strong -340 home favorites against Crystal Palace on Saturday at 7:30 a.m. ET, and Liverpool are -140 favorites at Bournemouth on Sunday at 11:30 a.m. ET.
