USMNT vs. Grenada odds, predictions: Picks and best bets for Friday's 2022-23 Concacaf Nations League match from soccer insider

Soccer insider Brandt Sutton has been crushing his picks, and he just released his predictions for the USMNT's Nations League opener Friday night in Austin, Texas

The United States Men's National Team opens its 2022-23 Concacaf Nations League campaign on Friday night against Grenada at Q2 Stadium in Austin, Texas. The Americans last played on Monday, a scoreless draw with Uruguay that followed a 3-0 victory against Morocco four days earlier. Grenada opened its Nations League campaign with a 3-1 loss in El Salvador on Saturday before the teams played to a 2-2 draw in the rematch Tuesday.

The match is set for 10 p.m. ET. The United States is the -6000 favorite (risk $6000 to win $100) on the 90-minute money line in the latest Grenada vs. USMNT odds. Grenada is a +5000 underdog and a regulation draw is priced at +3100, while the Over/Under for total goals scored is set at 5.5.

Before you lock in any United States vs. Grenada picks, you HAVE TO see what SportsLine soccer insider Brandt Sutton has to say.

Sutton, a former collegiate soccer player, has been SportsLine's top soccer editor for nearly five years. He has followed soccer closely for much longer and factors in managerial tactics, projected lineups and past performances to make the most-informed decisions possible, keeping his finger on the pulse of the game all over the globe.

Sutton has also been on a roll with his best bets, going 96-76 in his last 172 soccer picks, returning more than $2,200 for $100 bettors!

Sutton knows the USMNT won't slow down as it continues preparation for the World Cup in November. He also knows the Americans have gone 22-3-0 in their past 25 matches on U.S. soil. It held a strong Uruguay team scoreless Monday and did the same in a dominant performance against Morocco. Grenada doesn't have the quality to keep up, and it is 0-2-8 in its past 10 games. Christian Pulisic (21 international goals), Paul Arriola (nine) and Brenden Aaronson (six) are among those who could see a lot of scoring chances.

The expert also has considered that the Spice Boys got off to a slow start to 2022 in a trio of friendlies but scored three goals in two games against El Salvador. Alexander McQueen, Jacob Berkeley-Agyepong, and Jamal Charles had those goals. Charles is the team's top international scorer with 14 goals in 28 matches. The Americans have failed to score in four of their past seven, so Grenada is likely to sit back and spring counter-attacks. The USMNT also could rest some key players in what it sees as a winnable match.

Now, Sutton has locked in on Grenada vs. United States and come up with his confident best bets. We can tell you he's leaning Under on the total, and he's also locked in another STRONG play and offers his full breakdown of the match! You ABSOLUTELY need to see his picks and analysis before making any selections of your own.
