We continue to get variance and unknowns on our betting card in the NFL in Week 7.

The trade deadline is all of a sudden a real thing, and teams are actually being proactive about making significant moves well before Halloween. More young quarterbacks are entering the fray and we have teams like the Steelers, Titans and Colts playing their QB cards close to the vest, though all could go in multiple directions with their starter this weekend, which would obviously have a major impact on those games.

That's essentially putting me on the sidelines for a lot of those games, though I will likely pounce closer to kickoff, especially if Mason Rudolph finally gets a chance to play, or if the Steelers do the right thing and stick with Justin Fields and the Colts do the same with Joe Flacco. But as it stands midweek, I'm waiting and watching.

The Thursday night game doesn't attract me as much as some of the prior matchups, and I'm making smaller wagers on this game, in part because of the newness of the QBs involved and with both defenses starting to slip.
