Fantasy Baseball 2022 rankings: Outfielder tiers, where to draft Ronald Acuna and more strategies to know
Outfielder remains one of the deepest positions in Fantasy baseball -- depending on the format. If you play H2H points with three OF spots in your starting lineup, no one should have an issue stacking those spots with players on a scale of very good to superstar. In a five-OF roto format, however, some managers will be crossing their fingers that a guy like Charlie Blackmon still has something left in the tank, or that Ian Happ can stay healthy and put together a consistently productive season.
So how should you attack the position heading into your draft? I've done several mock and real snake and salary cap drafts heading into the 2022 MLB season, and I'm here to share the things I've learned so far. If you're a regular subscriber to SportsLine, you probably know me from dominating NFL picks for years, but did you know I actually got my start in sports media as a fantasy baseball analyst? I even finished No. 1 among all experts for my draft rankings the first year FantasyPros tracked MLB expert accuracy on their site.
Let's dive into the outfielder position with my tiers and talk about which players I'm more bullish on than the consensus. You can also check out my other positional ranking tiers at the links below.
