The superfight pitting UFC star Conor McGregor against boxing champ Floyd Mayweather is set for Aug. 26 in Las Vegas.

And the bets are pouring in.

The Westgate Las Vegas SuperBook took a $50,000 bet and CG Technology took a $45,000 wager -- both on Mayweather, per ESPN's David Purdum.

McGregor, a huge underdog, is attracting lots of smaller bets from fans hoping for a big payday.

Currently, Mayweather is a -1100 favorite at the Westgate, meaning you'd have to risk $1,100 just to win $100 on him.

McGregor, the UFC lightweight champ, is +700. So a $100 bet brings back $700.

At BookMaker.eu, a major offshore book, money first came in heavy on McGregor, pushing the line down to Mayweather at -825, McGregor +605. Now the line is back up to Mayweather -950, McGregor +650.

"We're getting good two-way action already," spokesman Scott Cooley said.

BookMaker.eu also is offering odds on whether the fight will break the all-time Pay-Per-View buy record of 4.4 million.

Yes is a -300 favorite (risk $300 to win $100). No is a +210 underdog (risk $100 to win $210).

SportsLine Experts Weigh In With Picks

Veteran Reno handicapper Josh Nagel said it would take "a miracle" for McGregor to win, while Vegas oddsmaker Hugh Citron noted the UFC legend has only been doing boxing training for nine months.

JOSH NAGEL: "I wasn't sure this fight was ever going to happen, but that doesn't mean I'm eager to see it. Just a pure money grab from an easily duped public that seems to forget how most Mayweather fights turn out -- boring.

"Having said that, the line is probably a bit on the light side. If McGregor were to somehow pull the miracle, it should definitely come with a bigger payback than +700."

HUGH CITRON: "Looks like we'll see the majority of tickets on Conor, but the bigger bets on Floyd.

"Floyd has been making the greatest boxers of the last 15 years look terrible! Olympic champions and world champions who've done boxing their whole life! I think Conor has trained for nine months. Good luck!"
