The fourth-ranked Clemson Tigers begin what they hope will be a fruitful 2022 college football season with a prime-time matchup against the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets in Monday night's Chick-fil-A Kickoff Game. The Tigers went 10-3 in 2021 and face a Yellow Jackets team that finished the season 3-9. Clemson hosted Georgia Tech in December and eked out a 14-8 victory, its seventh straight against its ACC cross-division rival.

The Yellow Jackets are in a transition period, but they could catch a Clemson team facing its own changes with two new coordinators.
