2025 NFL Draft best bets: Prop picks covering draft over/unders, matchups, team positions and more

R.J. White, SportsLine's No. 1 NFL expert, reveals his 10 best bets for NFL Draft prop betting

The 2025 NFL Draft is less than a week away, so we're getting to the point where information will crystallize as teams begin to finalize their individual draft big boards ahead of Day 1 on Thursday. All 32 teams still have their original picks, which is unique in the modern era. While trading will surely happen once the first round gets underway, it's unclear who the targets could be in a draft class that doesn't have much perceived blue-chip talent at the top.

Will someone move up to land one of the second tier of edge rushers once Abdul Carter comes off the board? Will a team looking for a receiver leap up the board for Tetairoa McMillan or Matthew Golden? Will one of the teams with an early pick that passes on a quarterback at the top of the draft trade back into the first round to select a signal-caller like Jaxson Dart?

There is a lot we don't know, but plenty we can make educated guess about as we put together our prop best bets heading into the final weekend before the draft.

Before you lock in any NFL prop bets for the 2025 NFL Draft on sportsbooks like DraftKings, you NEED to see what SportsLine's top NFL expert R.J. White has to say.

White, a Fantasy and gambling editor for CBS Sports, consistently crushes against-the-spread picks and went 718-623-37 on his ATS picks from 2017-24, which returned more than $3,200 to $100 players.

White also nailed Michael Penix Jr.'s selection in his longshot article last year. He touted Penix as a top-10 pick at +2800, plus him going eighth overall at +8500, and the Falcons ended up taking the quarterback with the No. 8 pick. Anyone who has followed him could be way up!

We'll give one of White's best bets away: Take Omarion Hampton's draft position to be Over 19.5. "I know the books don't want to get middled on the Broncos at No. 20, but this prop needs to be at 20.5 or else it's an autoplay, even at -230 odds," White said.

Which 10 NFL Draft best bets does White back, including a projected top-five player he expects to fall? Plus, what 2-to-1 prop does he love to cash? ... Join SportsLine right now to see the top 2025 NFL Draft props from SportsLine's No. 1 NFL expert!
