2025 LIV Golf Miami odds, picks: Golf insider reveals best bets, sleepers, favorites to avoid

Eric Cohen has studied the 2025 LIV Golf Miami field and locked in his best bets for the tournament at Trump National Doral

Joaquin Niemann continued his sensational LIV Golf career with a victory at LIV Singapore three weeks ago. Now the circuit heads to the Blue Monster at Trump National Doral in Miami, the week before 12 players also tee it up in The Masters. Though this is the fourth time that LIV has played the Blue Monster, it's the second for a singles event as the team championships were held here in 2022 and 2023. Last year, South African Dean Burmester tamed the 7,700-yard track in a playoff over Sergio Garcia. Play begins Friday afternoon at 12:15 p.m. ET.

Jon Rahm, who still has never finished outside the top 10 in a LIV Golf event that he has completed, is the favorite at +600 odds, followed by last event's winner Joaquin Niemann (+750), Tyrrell Hatton and Bryson DeChambeau (+1000), Sergio Garcia (+1400), and Brooks Koepka (+1600). Koepka is +130 (risk $100 to win $130) to finish inside the top 10 and +290 to crack the top five.

Before making any LIV Golf Miami golf picks, be sure to see what golf handicapper Eric Cohen has to say.

Cohen is an avid golf bettor who correctly predicted the pre-tournament outright winner of LIV Singapore in 2025, Joaquin Niemann at +800. He also successfully called three LIV Golf events in 2024: Niemann at Mayakoba, Dustin Johnson in Las Vegas, and Sergio Garcia at Andalucia, as well as Bryson DeChambeau's victory at the 2024 U.S. Open at +2000 odds. Eric is a contributor to SportsLine's YouTube shows, including "Early Edge," and is the host of "The Early Wedge Best Bets" golf show (Tuesday nights at 7 p.m. ET). Anyone who has followed Cohen's predictions is likely to have made positive gains on their golf picks.

Now, Cohen has studied the 2025 LIV Golf Miami field and locked in four best bets. One includes six-time major championship winner Phil Mickelson finishing in the top-20 at +160 odds. "Am I crazy for betting on a 54-year-old golfer in the top 20? Maybe, but Mickelson's results have been excellent thus far this season, having posted a T23-solo 3rd-T19 in three tournaments. He gained nearly four strokes on the LIV competition tee to green this season and will try to be in top form to make his eighth straight Masters cut. The veteran has won here before (2009) and finished in the top 5 four times while on the PGA Tour. A top-20 and fine odds doesn't seem like too much to ask for this weekend."

Cohen also has broken down the 2025 LIV Golf Miami event and reveals why he's backing another underdog to finish in the top 10 at plus-money odds! You ABSOLUTELY need to see who it is before locking in any picks of your own.
