The Offensive Player of the Year award went to a running back for the second time in four years in 2023, as Christian McCaffrey took home the honor after being the co-favorite before the season at some books. Even with that co-favorite status, most books didn't have anyone lower than +1000 in what was perceived as a wide-open race. That's changed a bit this year, with three players shorter than +1000 in our consensus odds that look at three national sportsbooks.

That list includes McCaffrey, who is the early 2024 Offensive Player of the Year favorite at Caesars but trails Tyreek Hill at DraftKings and FanDuel.
