The 2024 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix is the final race on the Formula 1 schedule and Red Bull Racing's Max Verstappen has already clinched his fourth consecutive world championship. However, there will still be plenty of drama at the Yas Marina Circuit on Sunday, with McLaren and Ferrari separated by only 21 points for the F1 Constructors' Championship. McLaren comes into the final race of the season with an edge but top driver Lando Norris is slumping, finishing sixth or worse in his last three races to fall out of a title race with Verstappen.

Now he's got Charles Leclerc of Ferrari breathing down his neck for second in the F1 standings but he's listed at +250 in the 2024 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix odds. Only Verstappen (+220) has shorter odds for the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix 2024, while Leclerc is priced at +500. The model has been scorching hot when it comes to picking Formula 1 race events dating back to 2021. It nailed both of Charles Leclerc's wins in 2022, and at the 2021 Mexican Grand Prix, the model was strongly backing Verstappen as its top pick. The result: Verstappen dominated the field and ran away with a surprising victory. 

It followed that up by calling Verstappen's win at the Rolex Emilia Romagna GP in April and nailed Verstappen to win in Belgium, the Netherlands, Japan, the United States, Mexico and Abu Dhabi. It also called all 19 of Verstappen's wins during the 2023 season and nailed each of his first seven wins in 2024 while also nailing Norris as a +200 winner in the Netherlands and then again as a +190 winner in Singapore! 

It also called Alex Albon to finish in a points position for a plus-money payout before he went on to finish seventh in Azerbaijan, nailed a double podium by McLaren for a plus-money payout in Singapore and then called a Verstappen podium at +175 in Brazil. Anyone who followed the model's lead on those plays has seen HUGE returns!

The Yas Marina Circuit opened in 2009 and was built specifically for Formula 1. It has hosted the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix every year since and has quickly become one of the more notable tracks on the F1 schedule. The 16-turn, 3.281-mile circuit is on Yas Island and Max Verstappen has won the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix in each of the last four years. However, Lewis Hamilton will be looking to add to his record five wins at Yas Marina in his final race with Mercedes before joining Ferrari next year.

Now, the model has dialed in on the 2024 Formula 1 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix and just released its coveted picks and leaderboard projections. 

We can tell you the model is predicting a podium finish (top three) for Oscar Piastri that would pay out +200. McLaren hasn't looked quite as sharp as it did during the middle of the season, when it won five times and managed three double podiums as well as 12 grand prix where both drivers finished top five.

However, Piastri is coming off a podium finish (third) last week in Qatar and he's had eight podiums on the season. Piastri and McLaren are working with a 21-point cushion, so they'll be heavily invested in a strong finish to wrap up the Constructors' Championship and the team ran well in Abu Dhabi last season. Both drivers finished top six despite being in much weaker equipment in 2023.
