Tennessee came away with the 69-3 win over Chattanooga while NC State came away with a sluggish 38-21 victory against Western Carolina. Early perception established, Tennessee covered immensely while NC State didn't come close to covering 32. Tennessee only has 8 returning starters from last year and only two on defense and that's where I think NC State has an edge with new quarterback, senior Grayson McCall playing. NC State has four of its five starters returning on the offensive line that are going to protect McCall. NC State shows up and covers at Charlotte.
