I'm making a late play on Wyoming with the line +7.5. That's a bit too much in this matchup. Jay Sawvel inherits a veteran team on both sides of the ball. Expect the Cowboys to once again be led by a rugged defense and strong running game. Arizona State looks like a bit of a mess to me heading into the Big 12 and I don't think ASU should be laying over a TD this early in the season. This is just the third time in the last 18 games the Sun Devils have been a favorite. ASU hasn't coved as a favorite since Sept. 1, 2022. I think the Cowboys keep it close.

I know there are questions about a Wyoming squad with a new QB and head coach, but it's very tough for me to trust Arizona State as a favorite of this size against anybody.
