Never mind Bona's loss to Canisius....the "Niagara Triangle" has long been a slippery slope for favorites, and upset results abound over the years. We've seen Mark Schmidt squeeze enough out of the Bonnies for several campaigns to never underestimate them. Schmidt's roster still has plenty of experience from a season ago, and portal adds like Gs Charlie Pride (via Bryant) and Mike Adams-Woods (via Cincy) add a veteran presence to the backcourt. Still not sure what to make of UOSU, which hit 17 triples to race past Sam Houston after getting locked down by Abilene Christian in the opener. Play St Bona (at Brooklyn)

We got an inflated total with St. Bonaventure and Oklahoma State playing on a neutral site at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn. St. Bonaventure brought back all five starters and they’ve mastered the slowdown game that averaged a 66-67 score last season for coach Mark Schmidt. Oklahoma State wants to play slow as well.
