    Understanding Public and Money

Think of 'Public' as the percentage of people betting on each side and 'Money' as how much money is being bet. When there's a big difference between the 'Public' and 'Money' data, it usually means that the more serious bettors (referred to as 'Sharp Money') are favoring a particular side.

    Matt's Analysis:

I'm really not a totals guy, but the Suns might be playing with their JV tonight as we know Chris Paul, Devin Booker and both Camerons ("When Cameron was in Egypt's land, let my Cameron go." Who knows this?) are out. Deandre Ayton, Torrey Craig and Landry Shamet are iffy. Why even bother playing them in what's going to be a blowout -- especially with Steph Curry likely returning. I don't like betting double-digit NBA favorites (DD faves in any sport really), so I'm going to do a rare total as Phoenix has been held under 100 points in four straight games. If that continues, the Warriors would have to score at least 131 points for this to go over. Doubt Curry plays heavy minutes.
