Portland is largely garbage, but the Suns have ruled out Devin Booker in protocols and of course Chris Paul remains out, so I think the Blazers can cover this number (might be a backdoor version) even on the road. Phoenix hasn't looked good as it is in back-to-back losses and might be going through the motions with such a big lead atop the West.
