The 2024-25 Champions League tournament moves into the quarterfinal round with first legs taking place Tuesday, April 8 and Wednesday, April 9. Defending champions Real Madrid, who have been inconsistent in domestic play but juggernauts in European competition, travel to Arsenal Tuesday. Fellow La Liga contenders Barcelona are also in the quarterfinal round, hosting last year's runners-up Borussia Dortmund Wednesday. Elsewhere, Bayern Munich will welcome an Inter Milan side that has only allowed two goals in Champions League play this year, while Aston Villa heads to France to face a PSG squad that upset Liverpool in the Round of 16.
