NBA
Jayson Tatum won his first NBA championship last year, and he's responded this season with one of the best campaigns in his career. He's putting up the second-most points (27.1) of any season in his career, along with the second-most rebounds (8.7) and most assists (6.0). He also leads the Boston Celtics in all three of those categories, a feat he hadn't accomplished in any of his seven previous seasons with the team.
The Celtics are currently in second place in the Eastern Conference at 54-19, and are 4.5 games behind the Cleveland Cavaliers with nine games remaining. Will the defending champions somehow be able to catch Cleveland to nab homecourt advantage throughout the entire Eastern Conference playoffs? If so, they'll need Tatum to continue to produce, including tonight against the San Antonio Spurs at 8 p.m. ET.
The good news is that Tatum has gone Over his points + rebounds line in seven of his last 10 games when facing a team with a losing record and middle-third defense like the Spurs. That recent trend could be something to keep in mind before building out your NBA same-game parlays for tonight.
