Delayed by the coronavirus pandemic, the 2020 Tour de France finally begins its three-week journey through France on Saturday. Oddsmakers from William Hill list 30-year-old Slovenian climbing sensation Primoz Roglic as the 2-1 favorite. Defending champion Egan Bernal is 9-4, while Tom Dumoulin is 6-1.
