Notre Dame vs. Duke odds, line: Proven model reveals college basketball picks for Feb. 14, 2023, ACC matchup

SportsLine's projection model generated selections for Tuesday's Atlantic Coast Conference game between the Notre Dame Fighting Irish and Duke Blue Devils

The Duke Blue Devils will look to continue their mastery of the Notre Dame Fighting Irish when they meet in Atlantic Coast Conference action on Tuesday. The Blue Devils (17-8, 8-6 ACC), who won last year's meeting 57-43, have won eight of the last nine meetings between the teams. The Fighting Irish (10-15, 2-12), who have lost three straight, last beat Duke 93-89 in 2021. The Blue Devils are coming off a controversial 69-62 overtime loss at Virginia on Saturday, while Notre Dame dropped a 93-87 decision to Virginia Tech.

The game from Cameron Indoor Stadium in Durham, North Carolina, will tip off at 7 p.m. ET. The Blue Devils are 12-point favorites, according to the latest Notre Dame vs. Duke odds from Caesars Sportsbook, while the over/under for total points scored is set at 141 (see up-to-date odds for every game this week on our college basketball odds page).

Before making any Notre Dame vs. Duke picks, you NEED to check out the college basketball predictions from the SportsLine Projection Model.

The SportsLine Projection Model simulates every Division I college basketball game 10,000 times. The model enters Week 15 of the season 66-38 on all-top rated college basketball picks this season, returning almost $1,700 for $100 players. Anybody who has followed it has seen HUGE returns!

The model has factored in that Duke center Kyle Filipowski (ankle) is questionable, so the Blue Devils might need to lean more on guards Jeremy Roach (12.6 ppg) and Tyrese Proctor (8.9 ppg), as well as freshman big man Mark Mitchell (8.6 ppg). Duke hasn't been great against the spread, but the Fighting Irish have been even worse with a 5-19-1 ATS record on the season.

The model also knows Notre Dame forward Nate Laszewski is coming off a monster game in Saturday's loss to Virginia Tech. He scored 33 points, grabbed eight rebounds and added one block and one steal. The fifth-year senior has started all 25 games he has played and is averaging 14.9 points, seven rebounds and 1.5 assists per game. He is connecting on 54.1% of his field goals, including 42.7% from 3-point range, and 86.2% of his free throws.

Now, it has set its sights on Notre Dame vs. Duke. It is leaning Over on the total and it also says one side of the spread hits in well over 50% of simulations! You ABSOLUTELY need to see it before locking in any college basketball picks.
