No. 11 Texas Tech vs. No. 7 Baylor odds, line: Proven college basketball model reveals picks for Wednesday's Big 12 matchup

The SportsLine projection model has released its selections for Wednesday's Big 12 contest between the Red Raiders and Bears

The No. 11 Texas Tech Red Raiders look to complete a sweep of the season series when they host the seventh-ranked Baylor Bears for a Big 12 showdown on Wednesday. Texas Tech (19-6, 8-4), which lost both meetings with its conference rival last season, posted a 65-62 victory at Baylor on Jan. 11. The Bears (21-4, 9-3) are seeking their third consecutive win after defeating No. 20 Texas 80-63 on Saturday.

Tipoff at United Supermarkets Arena in Lubbock, Tex. is set for 9 p.m. ET. The Red Raiders are favored by 1.5 points in the latest Texas Tech vs. Baylor odds from Caesars Sportsbook, while the over-under for total points scored is 136.5. (See up-to-date odds for every game this week on our college basketball odds page.)

Before making any Baylor vs. Texas Tech picks, you NEED to check out the college basketball predictions from the SportsLine Projection Model.

The SportsLine Projection Model simulates every Division I college basketball game 10,000 times. Over the past five-plus years, the proprietary computer model has generated an impressive profit of over $2,300 for $100 players on its top-rated college basketball picks against the spread. Anyone who has followed it has seen HUGE returns.

The model knows Texas Tech has been superb on its own court as it is the lone undefeated team at home in the Big 12 at 15-0 and has won 18 straight there since losing to West Virginia on Feb. 9, 2021. The Red Raiders have been idle since Saturday, when they posted an 82-69 home victory over TCU. Terrence Shannon Jr. came off the bench to lead the team with 20 points, marking the first time Texas Tech had a player reach that mark in five games.

The model also knows Baylor is seeking its third straight victory but will have to do so without Jonathan Tchamwa Tchatchoua, who suffered a knee injury on Saturday and is out indefinitely. The junior forward is averaging 8.4 points and leads the Bears with 6.8 rebounds per contest. Adam Flagler scored a game-high 20 points against Texas while senior forward Flo Thamba recorded 12 and 11 rebounds for his first career double-double.

Now, the model has set its sights on Texas Tech vs. Baylor. We can tell you it is leaning Over the total, and it also says one side of the spread hits in well over 50 percent of simulations! You ABSOLUTELY need to see it before locking in any college basketball picks.
