NBA: Updated Futures Odds to win the Eastern Conference
A wild March led to substantial shifting in the latest Eastern Conference title odds released by online sportsbook Bovada.lv on Monday afternoon.
The Cavs, currently sitting in the No. 3 spot in the standings, remain on top of the conference title odds, but have seen a slight drop in the past month.
Boston, meanwhile, saw one of the biggest drops following the injury to Kyrie Irving (knee). The Celtics put a 3-6 week timetable on his return on March 24, making him questionable for the start of the NBA playoffs.
The 76ers, winners of 10 straight, have jumped to 10/1 after that impressive streak. At just 5-5 in their last 10, Milwaukee saw a drop from 22/1 all the way to 50/1.
