MLB playoffs Dodgers vs. Braves odds, lines: Proven model reveals picks for NLCS Game 6 matchup

SportsLine's Projection Model has generated picks for Saturday's NLCS Game 6 matchup between the Los Angeles Dodgers and Atlanta Braves

The Atlanta Braves can advance to the World Series for the first time since 1999 when they host the Los Angeles Dodgers in Game 6 of the NLCS on Saturday at Truist Park in Atlanta. The Braves, who lead the best-of-seven series 3-2, had a chance to win the series on Thursday, but the Dodgers bats, led by Chris Taylor's three home runs, came alive in an 11-2 victory. Ian Anderson is scheduled to start for Atlanta, while Los Angeles hasn't confirmed a starter as of Saturday morning after Max Scherzer was scratched due to arm fatigue.

Los Angeles is the -145 favorite (risk $145 to win $100) in the latest Dodgers vs. Braves odds, while Atlanta is a +135 underdog in the latest odds from Caesars Sportsbook. The Over-Under for total runs scored is eight. First pitch is at 8:08 p.m. ET. (See the latest lines for every game on our MLB odds page.)

Before making any Braves vs. Dodgers picks, check out the latest MLB playoff predictions and betting advice from the SportsLine Projection Model.

This model, which simulates every game 10,000 times, enters the third week of the 2021 MLB playoffs with a 207-176 record on top-rated MLB moneyline picks, returning well over $600. Anyone following it has seen some HUGE returns!

The model knows that Los Angeles has hit Anderson hard. In three playoff starts against the Dodgers, Anderson has lasted a total of 10 innings and given up four earned runs. He has struck out nine while walking 10. By contrast, in three playoff starts against other teams, he has not given up a run in 16â…” innings and has struck out 23 while walking just three.

The model has also factored in the fact that Eddie Rosario's bat has been on fire in the postseason. In nine playoff games, he is hitting .471 and slugging .735 with an OPS of 1.249. He has hit safely in all nine games. In the NLCS alone, Rosario is hitting .571 and slugging 1.000 with an OPS of 1.609.

Now, the model has set its sights on Dodgers vs. Braves. We can tell you it's leaning Under the total, and it also says one side of the money line has all the value! You ABSOLUTELY need to see it before locking in any MLB picks of your own.
