Jake Paul vs. Tyron Woodley 2 odds, picks: Boxing insider releases top picks for Dec. 18 rematch

CBS combat sports analyst Brandon Wise has just released his picks for Saturday's showdown in Tampa

The novelty crossover boxing genre gives its fans another treat Saturday as social media influencer Jake Paul takes on former UFC champion Tyron Woodley in a boxing rematch to headline a boxing card in Tampa, Fla. The eight-round main event tops the pay-per-view card at Amalie Arena and is scheduled for a 9 p.m. ET start.

Paul is a -270 favorite (risk $270 to win $100), while Woodley comes back at +220 (risk $100 to win $220) in the latest Caesars Sportsbook boxing odds for Paul vs. Woodley 2. The over-under for total rounds is set at 6.5. Before locking in any picks of your own for Paul vs. Woodley 2, make sure you see the boxing predictions and betting advice from SportsLine combat analyst Brandon Wise.

Wise, who is the combat sports editor for CBS Sports, is an experienced boxing analyst. Last month, he accurately called a stoppage between rounds No. 10 and 12 for Saul "Canelo" Alvarez against Caleb Plant in their super middleweight unification bout. The proposition selection paid +450 and Wise also correctly called the fight to go over 9.5 rounds (-125) as Alvarez stopped Plant in Round 11. His strong 2021 boxing record also includes calling Jamel Herring (+105) to upset Carl Frampton (-125) in April. Anyone who has followed Wise's combat sports picks is WAY UP!

Paul (4-0) is the former child actor and YouTube content creator who has shaken up the combat world with his voyage into professional boxing. He started with lopsided fights against unskilled opponents but his effort to silence critics lies in taking fights against opponents who have fighting backgrounds. He and Woodley, the former UFC welterweight champion, boxed a close match in August that saw Paul win by split decision.

Woodley adamantly believed he won the fight, while Paul thought he won more convincingly than the scorecards suggested. Both combatants have vowed to remove all doubt -- and the influence of judges -- in Saturday's rematch.

With Saturday's showdown fast approaching, Wise has studied Paul vs. Woodley 2 from every angle, identified the best value in the boxing odds and released his confident picks.

We can tell you he likes the over 6.5 rounds and he's also locked in two other STRONG picks, including a money-line pick and a method-of-victory prop! You ABSOLUTELY need to see Wise's picks before making any of your own!
