Hitting on a few unexpected sleepers can give your Fantasy football title hopes a jolt, but you also need safe building blocks who won't sink your team.

It's not that Walker deserves to be grouped with the "Big Three" at tight end this year -- Rob Gronkowski, Travis Kelce and Zach Ertiz -- but there's a case to be made that Walker is the fourth-best tight end available. His ADP in CBS leagues, however, is TE8."

Fitzmaurice has also identified a running back who finished outside the top 20 in Fantasy points last year that has starting Flex potential in 2018. He's a virtual lock to return strong production at his average draft position.
